Inspection requirements are adjusted according to the product, order details, destination market, and applicable industry-aligned practices.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Incoming materials are checked before they are accepted for processing or packing. Our team reviews supplier documentation and examines relevant quality characteristics based on the material and purchase specification.

• Identity and specification checks confirm that received materials correspond to the approved order requirements.
• Condition inspections assess appearance, odor, cleanliness, temperature where applicable, and signs of damage or deterioration.
• Packaging and label reviews verify the integrity of incoming packaging and the accuracy of available identification information.
• Traceability records are maintained as appropriate to the product and supply chain requirements.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checkpoints are applied throughout processing and handling to identify deviations at an early stage. Personnel follow documented operating and hygiene procedures, while key process conditions are monitored according to internal inspection standards and customer specifications.

• Work areas, utensils, and relevant equipment are checked for cleanliness and suitable operating condition.
• Product temperature, handling time, and storage conditions are monitored where these factors affect quality or safety.
• Processing details such as size, weight, appearance, and workmanship are reviewed when required by the product specification.
• Nonconforming materials are identified, separated, and evaluated before further handling.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Finished products are inspected before release to confirm that they meet the agreed requirements. Depending on the product and order, checks may cover appearance, color, odor, size, weight, cleanliness, packaging condition, and other specified quality characteristics. Relevant sampling or testing may also be arranged subject to product specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer requests.

Inspection findings are recorded to support batch review and traceability. Products that do not meet defined acceptance criteria are held for assessment and appropriate disposition.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is reviewed to help protect product quality during storage and transportation. Before shipment, Tianz Sea Food Co., Ltd checks the order against the approved packing and shipping requirements.

• Inner and outer packaging is checked for cleanliness, integrity, and suitability.
• Labels, product descriptions, batch information, quantities, and shipping marks are verified against confirmed order details.
• Carton condition, sealing, and palletization are reviewed where applicable.
• Storage and loading conditions are checked according to the handling requirements of the shipment.
• Shipping documents are reviewed for consistency with the confirmed order information.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Customer feedback and quality concerns are documented and reviewed by the responsible team. When an issue is reported, we examine available production, inspection, packaging, and shipment records to identify possible causes. Corrective actions may include process adjustments, additional inspection, supplier communication, personnel guidance, or updates to internal procedures.
